Dutchy ...our road regulations are different to the US and a lot more expensive ....average cost being $850.00......what I propose to Burly that I understand what constitues a road legal 36er/bug/ghia/bus and by pass this expensive step as most guys who want to compete dont reqiure the vw to be road registered for the salt week. Again this only stands for the 36hp records and am happy to control this ...also the road registration differs from state to state in Australia...will send Burly my idea soon cheers.....salt rat

I was built for comfort not for speed but get me near a salt lake and nothing sounds better than a four pipe Lukey muffler at the rear of 1192cc
